I like adding this to chicken broth when making chicken and noodles. This especially works when I am having a friend over who doesn’t like mushrooms. I can get the added earthly flavor mushrooms bring and he doesn’t see any actual mushrooms in the final product.

I mix a level teaspoon of the powder to 24 oz of hot coffee every day. It mixes well and has a subtle flavor. I know it's in there... I can taste it, but I don't mind it so much because it's not awful.
